Longting Jade Petit Manseng Late Harvest 2021

Variety: Petit Manseng.

Vinification: The grapes (maintaining sufficient maturity) after leave picking, three times cluster thinning, cluster selection and berry selection are fermented in low temperature for 30 days.

Nose: Long lasting ripe white fruit aroma and citrus, grapefruit, honeysuckle, chrysanthemum and honey aroma.

Appearance: Elegant golden color.

Palate:  Good balance between acidity and sweetness with well-integrated fruitiness and oak influence. 

Tasting Temperature: 12°C - 14°C.

Longting Reserve Cabernet Franc  2021

Variety: Cabernet Franc.

Vinification: This wine is made of Cabernet Franc from the coastal region of Penglai, hand selected, cold macerated and fermented, and aged for 12 months in French fine grained barriques.

Nose: The wine shows elegant and lifted aroma of red cherry and red plum, with hints of cedar and mocha.

Appearance: Brilliant ruby.

Palate:  Robust and silky, with a long aftertaste.

Tasting Temperature: 16°C - 18°C.

Longting Lan Marselan 2021

Variety: Marselan.

Vinification: Marselan grapes are fermented at peak maturity, with maceration tailored to balance body and tannins. Aged 12 months in fine-grained French oak, the result is a full-bodied, smooth wine with refined complexity.

Nose: Perfumes and ethereal aroma of orchid and violets followed by red cherry and vanilla essential oil.

Appearance: Brilliant ruby.

Palate: The palate is fine and velvety, with its relatively long length.

Tasting Temperature: 16°C - 18°C.

Longting Reserve Sea Breeze Petit Manseng 2022

Variety: Petit Manseng.

Vinification: The wine is hand-picked, selected grain by grain, and fermented in low temperature, aged in oak barrels for 6 months.

Nose: A rich, sweet aroma of gardenia, apricot and pineapple.

Appearance: Elegant golden color.

Palate: The palate is silky smooth and round, with a layered structure, like an autumn fruit feast. Vibrant acidity is lively and long lasting finish.

Tasting Temperature: 12°C - 14°C.

Longting Reserve Sea Breeze Chardonnay 2020

Variety: Chardonnay, Petit Manseng.

Vinification: Low temperature maceration fermentation, aging in French oak barrels for 3 months.

Nose: Pleasant floral, kumquat, white peach and tropical fruit aromas.

Appearance: Noble light golden yellow.

Palate: The palate is mellow and plump, delicate and clean, the taste of cream and minerality spreads on the tongue.

Tasting Temperature: 8°C - 10°C.

​​Longting Spring Rosé 2023

Vinification: The wine is made from Cabernet Franc grapes from Longting’s own vineyard. The grapes are directly pressed and fermented.

Variety: Cabernet Franc.

Appearance: Light pink.

Nose: Rich and fruity aromas of violet, thyme and raspberry. The nose likes the scent of spring and the breeze of summer.

Palate: The wine is delicate, mellow and silky, with a long aftertaste that is charming.

Tasting Temperature: 8°C - 10°C.
