Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Overview

At Wine Society, we strive to provide you with the best shipping experience possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, including delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times for orders placed through our website www.winesociety.com.sg.

2. Delivery fees​

  • Standard Delivery (3 to 5 days):

For orders below S$600: S$30​

For orders over S$600: Free

  • Next Working Day Delivery:

For orders below S$600: S$50

For orders over S$600: S$40​

  • Urgent Delivery (same day delivery) (order must be placed before 11:30 am):

For orders below S$600: S$60

For orders over S$600: S$50​

Note: All fees are for one address only.

 

3. Delivery Timeframe and Expectations

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and while we aim to deliver within the established timeframe, slight variations may occur.

 

4. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day, with delivery arrangements starting immediately. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day, and delivery arrangements will follow.

Deliveries are typically completed within 3 to 5 working days, calculated from the first business day after the order has been processed. Delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on business days, excluding public holidays.

 

5. Special Delivery Areas and Charges

For deliveries to Changi and Sentosa, an additional charge of S$15 applies. Please note that we do not deliver to Jurong Island.

6. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the shipping provider’s site.

7. Delivery Issues

In the event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reach out to you. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or a missing package, please contact our customer service team at letstalk@winesociety.com.sg or +65 89171688. We are here to help and will do our best to assist you.

 

8. Delivery Restrictions

  • Your order must be signed for upon delivery by a person of legal age to confirm the acceptance of the goods and their condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is an adult available to receive the delivery at the designated address. 

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted locations.

 

9. Re-Delivery

  • If no one of legal age is available to sign for the goods upon delivery, we will reschedule the delivery, re-delivery costs (S$30) will be assumed by the client.

  • We reserve the right to charge re-delivery costs (S$30) for orders that cannot be completed due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the customer, or any circumstances outside of our delivery policies.

 

10. Pre-Arrival Terms

For Pre-Arrival wines, the estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 weeks. A confirmed estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be provided prior to order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders depending on the updated stock availability.

 

11. International Shipping

For International Shipping we work case by case, please contact us at letstalk@winesociety.com.sg. Please include the recipient country post code, and the items you would like to purchase; our team will assist you as soon as possible according to the destination and will provide you further details (costs and shipping time).

 

12. Changes to Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
