23. Packaging and Wrapping

We do not guarantee delivery in original packaging.
Substitutions in packaging may occur and additional costs may apply upon prior notification.
Offensive messages will not be processed.

24. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once delivered.
You own the goods once delivered and fully paid for.

25. Liability

Please notify us if you do not receive your goods within 3 to 4 days of the expected delivery date. We are not liable for any faults or deterioration in the goods after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
Neither party will be liable for unforeseen losses resulting from a breach of this agreement. You are responsible for complying with all applicable regulations and for obtaining any necessary permits.
You agree to indemnify us against any legal costs incurred from breaches of this agreement. This agreement does not affect your consumer rights or our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
